Safe and Nurturing Environment for Your Little Ones
At Shalom CRC, we offer nursery care during our worship services for children ages 0-3 years. Our dedicated staff ensures that your child has a safe, fun, and engaging space to grow and flourish while you enjoy the service.
We are committed to providing a loving environment that fosters early development and social interaction. Trust that your little ones are in good hands as you participate in worship!
Engaging Worship Experience for Ages 3 and 4
At Shalom CRC, we offer a special opportunity for children ages 3 and 4 to make their worship experience meaningful. After joining the adults for a time of singing and prayer on Sunday morning, our little ones are invited to attend an age-appropriate Bible lesson.
Loving teachers guide the children as they learn about God and His Word through interactive methods such as singing, prayers, engaging stories with figures, and response activities. We welcome all young visitors to join us in this joyful experience!
At Shalom CRC, our Kid Zone provides an engaging experience for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade during the morning worship service.
Children start by participating in the worship service, singing, praying, and engaging with their families before being dismissed to the basement for age-appropriate teaching.
Kindergarten and 1st Grade: Large group time in the Fireside Room.
2nd to 5th Grade: Gather in their own space for activities.
During large group time, kids enjoy games, skits, and interactive lessons, followed by smaller group discussions and activities.
At the end of the service, children can have refreshments and play games in the basement while parents enjoy coffee and fellowship upstairs. Parents can pick up their children anytime after the service in the basement.
